By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service:

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

Description of Services

Poira Labs LLC builds and publishes its own products:

• Mobile apps published on the App Store and Google Play
• Learning apps, mostly in the education category
• Landing sites for our apps and our own web projects
• Free and paid features offered inside those apps
• User support for the apps we publish

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Report security vulnerabilities or issues promptly

Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid features are offered as in-app purchases:

• Purchases are made through your App Store or Google Play account
• Apple or Google takes the payment; it does not reach us directly
• Subscriptions renew automatically through the store unless you cancel
• The current price is always shown on the app's store listing
• Failed payments and retries are handled by the store

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancel from the subscriptions section of your store account
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for
• Refunds follow the rules of the store the purchase was made in

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights are protected:

• Poira Labs retains all rights to our software and services
• You retain rights to your data and content
• Limited license granted to use our services
• Trademarks and copyrights remain with respective owners

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Services provided 'as is' without warranty
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months
• Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations

Termination

These terms may be terminated:

• By either party with appropriate notice
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Upon discontinuation of services
• Survival of certain provisions after termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by:

• Delaware state law and US federal law
• Disputes resolved through Delaware courts
• Alternative dispute resolution preferred
• Class action waiver where legally permitted
